Hi all first time posting here. I'm working on building a mes, nec and I have a question, what exactily does fast casting do? Does it only work on spells, hex spell? Also would fast casting affect my necro curses as well? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Welcome to the Boards.
Fast casting gives a % on a chance to cast a spell at 70% faster speed.

It works on all types of spells, including your necromancer spells.

It hasn't been asked before, well, not in my time.

70%? whoa where did you get that from

The % that FC affects a spell is determined by the points in the FC attribute as posted in the link above.

The amount of time taken off depends on the amount of time for the casting stage of the spell since FC is a % based reduction.
